Orders above £100 will be delivered free of charge, any under this amount will occur a £7.50 fee
We will generally use our own national transport fleet, but on smaller items we could use 3rd party couriers.
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?
Your goods will be taken back to the local distribution centre and arrange a suitable delivery/collection date.
Yes, we have regional warehouses that you can collect from, with our head office and central stock holding in Northampton, please email or call us to find your nearest location.
All secure payments can be made through credit/debit cards and PayPal.
What is your standard delivery time?
We aim to delivery your goods within 5 working days from receipt of order. If you require something sooner, please call us to arrange on 0845 3730199.

Can I have my sheet material cut?
Yes, we have a state of the art conversion facility within our Northampton location.
Can you cut flat sheet material into shapes?
Unfortunately we can only cut straight cuts, therefore shapes isn’t a service we provide.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside of the UK.

What happens if my material is delivered damaged?
Contact the sales office immediately who will investigate and re-issue material if damaged in transit
